"BTourz" also provides the option to the customers to communicate directly with the store for any specific need like more product details, bulk purchase etc. The revolutionary 'Enquiry' feature raises a query with the store with the snapshot of the product. Similarly customers can take a snapshot of any particular item/store section, and share on social media platform. "BTourz" provides omni channel delivery method including home delivery and store pickup facility.
